Team Building

 

Great teams are the foundation of business success. Our sessions explore a range of issues relevant to collaborative work and adding meaning and purpose. DiSC profiles or 5 Behaviors tools highlight communication patterns of high performing teams.

The HRD of a health and well-being products multinational entrusted us with a teambuilding event for her new HR team. She wanted to break down cultural barriers and build trust among her direct reports. This session got the team excited about working together and enabled them to focus on results.

Video conference training

 

Whatever your time or business constraints, we can adapt to them. Our training can also be deployed online.  We offer an open online DiSC practitioner course in 3 modules of 2 hours

For a French pharmaceutical group, we facilitated two cohorts of ten HR business partners, one for Asian time zones and one for American. The online training allowed the group to limit internal travel costs, but we kept the interactivity and aha-moments.

Conferences

 

For exceptional events, we can facilitate your conference on leadership or communication. Experienced and engaging keynote speakers, we’ve delivered inspiring messages in front of large and small audiences across Europe and the US.  

In the Netherlands, we facilitated a workshop on creativity to a hundred managers. In Florida, we presented DiSC to an accounting group. In Luxembourg, we delivered a cross-cultural workshop at an event sponsored by a huge consulting group. 

Management

 

With the DiSC Management profile, we run management training courses for new managers and experienced leaders, in SMEs and large groups. 

For 7 years now, a multinational industrialist has entrusted us with enhancing their management skills. DiSC is embedded in the workshop that focuses on how to coach their direct reports, give qualitative feedback, and especially motivate their teams.

Sales Teams

 

We work with sales teams from different sectors. We help them learn to adapt their communications during seven phases in sales process form introductions to negotiations. This results in a more fluid communication facilitating sign offs.

Intercultural

 

Communicating effectively in challenging situations can be tricky, and the stakes get even higher in multicultural environments. Adapting to country and corporate culture is a priority for strong leadership.

In preparation for an acquisition, we coached the C-team of a French subsidiary on their key messages to a multicultural audience.

Training organization
