EPIC Online

EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Centre) is the online system used to provide you with instantaneous access to all of the DiSC® reports and more.  EPIC offers some significant advantages over paper based instruments, in particular: the speed and ease information can be accessed, increased accuracy in calculating results and most notably the provision of individually tailored results.

Increase Productivity

EPIC offers trainers the opportunity to use their training time more effectively as participants can complete their assessments online in advance of training sessions allowing you to put every minute of training time to full use.  In addition the EPIC system increases accuracy and saves time in the scoring of a profile and the creation of a report.

Administrative Control

The EPIC system offers a considerable advantage over many personality based evaluation methods that rely on external consultants to access results. EPIC administrators can control access to Inscape’s online profiles and grant access codes to anyone in the world in seconds via email.  Having granted access, administrators retain complete control as they determine when and where respondents view their profile results allowing you to manage every step of the learning process.  Trainers may also personalise the response process by customising the splash page and the report cover with their company or department’s contact information and logo.

In addition, EPIC maintains an archive of every completed profile allowing administrators to view, print, or email completed reports at any time as well as audit system activity and determine how many profiles have been completed by training participants.

Enhanced Report Options

The EPIC system offers a considerably wider range of reports and features than paper profiles through a variety of auxiliary features, ranging from composite group results to overviews of a team’s interpersonal relationships.  As teams change, new group reports can be generated from existing data, adding new understanding without requiring more training time.
