Everything DiSC® Trainer Certification
This comprehensive training is offered as a two day intensive seminar or a ten week e-learning programme. Immersing you quickly in everything related to the DiSC system, the certification training will consist of:
Application. You will become familiar with the DiSC model and the facilitator material through a wide-range of exercises and action-based learning. In the process you will explore your own behavioural patterns as well as those of others.
Product Training. You will be trained on all of the tools offered in the Everything DiSC Facilitation System, our electronic profile platform EPIC and the complete line of DiSC reports available thereon.
Training Resources. You will benefit from the hands-on practice of crafting a wide range of DiSC solutions and participate in group presentations of the training materials. Using numerous professional tools such as the Everything DiSC DVD video, PowerPoint presentations, participant handouts, case studies, exercises and course outlines, these systems will help you facilitate specific outcomes or “insights”, using the range of DiSC-based reports and tools in your own training.

- Background. During the programme you will gain a thorough basis in the history of DiSC theory and the DiSC Classic profiles.
- Validity. You will learn about the research that went into developing the tools and the validation reports derived from this work.
What you will gain from certification
Having successfully become an Everything DiSC Certified Trainer, you will be able to:
- Apply Everything DiSC to personal development activities, management and leadership development, team-working, advisory courses for the unemployed, relationship training, sales and negotiation training and much more. In particular, Everything DiSC includes specific material for training in management development and sales dynamics.
- Plan and conduct training using the components of the Everything DiSC system. In particular you will discover how to organise Everything DiSC Facilitation System modules into effective solutions. You can tap into any of the pre-assembled courses to create solutions on a number of topics, including communication, conflict, interpersonal effectiveness, management effectiveness, sales, and team effectiveness. You will also learn how to build your own custom courses based on the unique needs of your client organisation.
