Everything DiSC® DVD

The Everything DiSC DVD is the companion DVD to the Everything DiSC Facilitation System.  It can also be used independently or to supplement your current DiSC training.

Customise each seminar with the truly adaptable DVD

The Everything DiSC DVD is menu-based and offers multiple viewing options for each of its four sections:  Pure Styles, The Meeting, Effective Communication, and Natural Styles.

Pure Styles

This section presents four characters each representing the purest form of each of the four DiSC styles.  Over five segments, each character gives a general overview of their behaviour and describes four basic aspects of themselves:

• Introduction
• Preferred Environment
• Goals
• In Conflict
• Fears

The Everything DiSC DVD allows you to plan your seminars to best meet your training objectives and the needs of your audience.  If you'd like to focus on a particular DiSC style or styles you can show each character individually; to provide a comparison of each of the styles’ four aspects, each character’s particular segment can be viewed in turn.

The Meeting

This section involves six independent scenes of a team in conflict, a manager meeting with individual team members to work through the conflict, and the more effective team meeting that is produced as a result.  This section is particularly effective in helping managers recognise the needs of their employees and offers advice on how to effectively manage each style.

Effective Communication

Here you will see a Human Resources Manager recruiting four sales people — each representing one of the DiSC styles — for a new division.  Two alternative interviews are presented between the HR Manager and each candidate, one ineffective and one effective, illustrating the different ways one can tailor their communication style to meet the needs of an individual.

Natural Styles

The Natural Styles section illustrates the complexity and subtlety of behaviour and human interaction by looking at examples of the four distinct styles as they appear in the real world. People from each DiSC style give informal, unscripted responses to eight questions, there is an unscripted conversation between people with two opposing styles and a people-reading activity.

Comprehensive Viewing Manual Included

Along with your Everything DiSC DVD, you'll receive a comprehensive 34-page Viewing Manual.  The manual provides an overview of the video content and is a step-by-step guide giving practical suggestions on how to integrate each section into a seminar.
