DiSC Classic 2.0

Available online through EPIC, DiSC Classic is the cornerstone of the DiSC system and has been used for over 30 years by HR professionals around the world. This scientifically validated method is unique in that a limited number of responses provide a very detailed individualised, nuanced and multifaceted report. This report will enable you to gain the insight necessary to better understanding both your own behaviour and that of those around you in a fresh and dynamic manner.

Interpretation of your exhibited behavioural characteristics is detailed and comprehensive moving from general to specific characteristics. It consists of three main aspects:

General Highlights—This highlights the behavioural axis that you display most prominently. The dominance of one kind in relation to the others can give you a general understanding of your most prominent characteristics.

Dimensional Intensity index—This assesses the extent to which you possess characteristics from each of the four dimensions of behaviour. This allows you to consider the various characteristics you display from each classification.

Classic Profile Pattern—The intensity of each characteristic, when placed together on a graph, will give the individual their own behavioural pattern displaying the positional relationship between the four dimensions. Thorough research has identified the profile patterns that occur most frequently in the population. Matching your graph with one of these classic profile patterns, the third interpretive stage gives you quite a specific analysis of your behavioural tendencies, particularly in the work arena. Nine key areas are addressed:

  • Emotions—your general demeanour.
  • Goal—what you are most motivated by.
  • Judges others by—how you evaluate others.
  • Influences others by—how you affect the behaviour of others.
  • Value to the organisation—the areas in which you add to the value of an organisation.
  • Overuses—the strengths that can in turn become your limitations.
  • Under pressure—how you react to stress.
  • Fears—what causes you discomfort.
  • Would increase effectiveness through—How you can maximise achievement.

DiSC Classic 1.0

DiSC Classic 1.0, the original tried and tested paper version is still available as a 20-page paper-based instrument. It contains all of the information provided in the online version lacking only the convenience of the individually tailored online reports.

The respondent scratches off answers (like a lottery ticket). The results are then scored by tallying each answer. A "results key" in the booklet provides general insights, and summaries of common DiSC dimensions.  For those who require paper format, it works well. We recommend online versions for their expanded nature, and powerful available group reports.

DiSC Classic 2.0 PLUS

DiSC Classic 2.0 Plus gives respondents a stronger base from which to learn more about their behavioural preferences. You can upgrade an existing DiSC Classic 2.0 report by combining it with up to six additional focused reports accessed through the EPIC delivery system. 

The six supplemental reports are:

  • Strategies for Creating a Positive Relationship. This report describes how to establish a relationship with the respondent that is based upon trust and mutual respect.
  • Relating to People and the Environment. This report explains how the respondent interacts with peers and interprets his or her environment.
  • Strategies for Managing. This report looks at ways in which the respondent can be managed most effectively.
  • Approach to Managing Others. This report analyses the respondent’s management style and his interaction with subordinates.
  • Strategies for Sales Management. This report looks at ways to manage the respondent in a sales environment.
  • Approach to Selling. This report describes how the respondent approaches and performs in the sales process.

DiSC Facilitator Report

The DiSC Facilitator Report offers you the opportunity to build customised group reports using data from DiSC Classic 1., DiSC Classic 2.0, and DiSC Classic 2.0 PLUS on EPIC. The report includes an illustration of the distribution of DiSC styles within the group and detailed information on the relative place of each individual's DiSC style within the culture of the group or organisation.

DiSC Group Culture Report

Using data collected anonymously, the DiSC Group Culture Report helps you explore the DiSC style — or culture — of a group. The increased understanding of the characteristics, advantages, and drawbacks of the group provided by the report will allow you to better prepare to open meaningful discussions with group members. The DiSC Group Culture Report can be generated using data from DiSC Classic 1.0, DiSC Classic 2.0, and DiSC Classic 2.0 PLUS on EPIC.

DiSC Team View Report

The DiSC Team View report provides an easily referable, at-a-glance comparison of participants' profiles. The report assembles data from team members who have responded to DiSC Classic 1.0, DiSC Classic 2.0, or DiSC Classic 2.0 PLUS on EPIC and displays the individual's name, DiSC Graph III display, and Classical Pattern name. It allows you to compare profiles by work group, by department, or customise data sources to suit your own needs. Eliminates the need to shuffle through individual reports, or keep manual spreadsheets with team DiSC Dimensions.

DiSC PPSS General Characteristics (Online)

Greatly expands the DiSC Classic Profile. The focus of the Online DiSC PPSS Reports is on the Executive Managerial Extended View of the DiSC Classical Patterns with optional in-depth detail on Relating, Managing, or Selling Styles and Environments. The DiSC PPSS Report also can be used in special comparison reports, ideal for grooming employees for new roles (or aiding in the new-hire process).

DiSC PPSS General Characteristics Report provides individuals and teams with detailed, personalized information to help them apply DiSC Personal Profiles in a variety of business applications. It offers a wide range of practical interpretive Online DiSC Behavioural Profile reports that help people improve their effectiveness in Sales, Management, and Customer Service. For maximum impact, use the included companion instruments to define role expectations and improve interpersonal communication. In addition to analysis of the four DiSC Dimensions (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness), this 16-Page report includes:

  • Behavioural Highlights. Describes potential strengths of your DiSC behavioural profile
  • Online DiSC PPSS Graph. Displays your scores on the four DiSC dimensions
  • Behavioural Overview. Provides a narrative overview of your most natural DiSC behaviour
  • Motivating Factors. Lists factors that are likely to be most motivating for you
  • Preferred Environment. Describes characteristics of environments that you might find most desirable
  • Tends to Avoid. Lists activities and situations that you will likely avoid due to dislike or fear
  • Increased Effectiveness. Describes strategies to modify tendencies that might inhibit effectiveness
  • Demotivating Factors. Lists factors that are usually found to be most discouraging for you
  • Behaviour in Conflict Situations. Describes the range of responses that you might use in a conflict situation
  • Behaviour Tendency Continuum. Displays the potential range of intensity for different behaviours
  • Performance Management Worksheet. An action planner that helps you improve and maintain performance

Everything DiSC Management Profile

Helps managers learn how to bring out the best in each employee! Research-validated online assessment with 26-Page management specific profile helps managers understand themselves, their employees, and their boss.  It is available online, and delivered in a PDF format. Everything DiSC Sales Profile

The Everything DiSC Sales Profile teaches salespeople to connect better with their customers. Participants learn how to read and understand the styles of their customers. DiSC I-Sight (for Teens - Paper Booklet)

If you’re working with teenagers, this is the recommended DiSC profile. It is used to create positive self-awareness and understanding of others. Teens can resist peer pressure better when they learn to appreciate what makes them different.

Time Mastery Profile
